Using ceder fence posts for the background and sanded plywood for the lettering I matched the companies font and cut the letters out with a laser cutter

Letter Size and Placement Testing
Two 2x4's in the back hold the fence posts together and create a flat surface for the raised lettering. The letters and wood have been painted with outdoor rated matte blue, red and white paint for exterior use and longevity.
The letters were secured with outdoor use wood glue and screwed in from behind for added secuity

Sign Painted and Letters Secured

Installed in the flower bed outside the front office doors
The sign is screwed into two 3 Ft. metal garden stakes and held up and safe by driving those into the flower box dirt.
